Zebulon Community Library reopened on June 7, 2014.

The Zebulon Community Library closed on March 22, 2014 for minor renovations. The library was refurbished with carpet, paint, lighting, new furnishings and an altered floorplan to make the library more user-friendly. Additionally a new roof and HVAC system was installed.

“Zebulon Library has undergone some major changes and we are ready for the community to come see them and enjoy the new pleasant atmosphere,” said Senior Library Manager for Facilities Terri Luke. “We’ve tried to make the library more user-friendly with easier access to the book collection and wireless internet.”

The renovation was part of the 2008 Wake County Capital Improvement Plan.
