The new library will be located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Town Hall Drive and Carolina Street, at the new traffic roundabout.

Project Summary

The new library will be approximately 8,800 SF. The library will house approximately 50,000 adult and children's books. It will also have regularly scheduled programs, 16 public computers, high-speed wireless internet, seating areas and other services
The project was presented to and endorsed by the Library Commission at its meeting on November 15, 2017. The project was also presented to the Town of Morrisville for their information on November 14, 2017. Construction of the project began spring 2019, with a construction duration of approximately 13 months.
