​Reservations
To reserve the West Regional Library meeting room, first read the meeting room guidelines. The guidelines contain important information that may affect your use of the room. It is important that you read and understand these guidelines before submitting an application. Check the West Regional Library meeting room calendar for availability.

Reservations are accepted up to one month before the event. Groups booking the room will be responsible for set-up and clean-up. Signed applications may be submitted in person to the West Regional Library or may be faxed to 919-463-8533. 

West Regional Library Meeting Room Guidelines & Application

• One meeting room that accommodates up to 30 people
• Includes tables and chairs, a dry-erase board and a screen

• Two study rooms that accommodate up to six people each
• Reservations are not taken for study rooms. See library staff for assistance.
• May be used for one hour

Meeting space is also available at other Wake County Public Libraries.
