Wake County Public Libraries will be upgrading the library systems on [insert date/ time].
During this time period the main library systems, including book check-in and checkout, patron account information, book searches, and the telephone renewal system, will all be offline. Staff will be able to check out materials with the use of a backup utility. Please bring your library card, since staff will not be able to look up your library account.
Public access PCs and the library databases are not effected by this upgrade and will be available.
The following is a detailed listing what and how services will be impacted:

Account access is offline. Staff will not be able to reconcile fines or fees.
Requests – Staff will not be able to place requests during the upgrade.
