Residents will soon be able to spend more time at several Wake County Public Libraries branches. As of Sept. 1, 2018, Middle Creek, Leesville, Holly Springs and Cary Community Libraries will be open from 1 – 5 p.m. on Sundays.

This means more time to browse our catalog, find your new favorite book or attend a fun program.

The new hours are as follows:

Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday 1 – 5 p.m.

In September 2017,
Richard B. Harrison, Green Road and Fuquay-Varina Community Libraries began opening from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays. In addition, Fuquay-Varina Community Library's hours were extended Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Special thanks to the Wake County Board of Commissioners and Wake County Library Commission for making the new hours possible.
