IDPP forms

The IDPP form files provided are for your use in obtaining construction permits for projects located within the jurisdiction of Wake County and the four towns (Knightdale, Rolesville, Wendell and Zebulon) where Wake County Inspections/Development Plans/Permits (IDPP) provides inspection services.

If you have questions, you may call the Permit Staff at 919-856-6222 about applications and site plans, and the Plan Review Staff at 919-856-6234 regarding construction plans.

All forms are provided in PDF format, allowing any computer with the free Adobe Reader to open them. PDF forms can be completed on your computer, printed and submitted. Additionally, most forms are available in MS Word format.
