The vision of the Northern Regional Center (NRC) is to ensure that citizens have access to needed, quality services that are community-based and in one convenient location. The NRC is one of the County’s strategies to deliver services in coordination with a network of community partners including local municipalities, schools, faith-based and civic organizations.

General County Services
- Obtain a Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate [of person(s) born in Wake County]
- Pay county taxes
- Make use of our free JobLink resource room
- Attend Wake Tech evening G.E.D. classes
- Environmental Services’ sponsored rabies clinics and pet micro-chipping
- Sheriff deputies are stationed at the facility
- Building inspectors are housed here so that they can complete their field work more efficiently

Located on property adjacent to the Wake Forest Library, the NRC provides Wake County services to residents in Wake Forest, Rolesville and all of northern Wake County. Citizens from Wake Forest and Rolesville provided input on the scope of services at the center, which is the County's third regional center.
