The Eastern Regional Center (ERC) gives eastern Wake County residents access to an array of needed Human Services and other County programs and resources at a site that is accessible, community-based and in one convenient location.

The ERC serves Zebulon, Wendell, Knightdale and the communities around Riley Hill, Shotwell, Eagle Rock and Hopkins. More than 29 county services and programs are housed at ERC, including child protective services, health clinics, Medicaid, food assistance, adult mental health, Sheriff's office, fire and rescue, Revenue collections, food industry service, animal control, JobLink, housing resources, and waste, water and development programs.
The ERC is one of the County's strategies to deliver services in coordination with a network of community partners, including local municipalities, schools, and faith-based and civic organizations.
