Cornerstone is a multiservice center for homeless individuals.

The following services are offered at Cornerstone:

Information and Referrals: Provide information and referrals to homeless individuals regarding resources within the community such as crisis intervention, mental health and substance abuse treatment, employment counseling, identification, shelters, housing, food, clothing, transportation, financial assistance, budget counseling, mail, disability services, Veteran's Administration resources, and legal services.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m.; Wednesday, 1-5:15 p.m.

Mental Health Services: Outreach and engagement, crisis intervention assessment, and case management services are offered to homeless individuals, and those who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless, who are dealing with mental health and chronic substance abuse issues. Case managers are available for clients on a referral or walk-in basis.

Walk-ins: Monday-Friday, 1-4:30 p.m.; all other times are by appointment only

Employment Counseling: Provide professional comprehensive services to homeless men and women aimed at empowering the client to obtain and or maintain employment through outreach and engagement, education and ongoing evaluation. Intensive counseling that focuses on areas of concern such as substance abuse, mental illness, family-related issues, and employment-related issues is offered.

Walk-ins: Monday-Friday, 1-4:30 p.m.
Appointments: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 a.m.-noon

Shower Facilities: Cornerstone makes shower facilities available to homeless individuals on a walk-in basis, Monday-Friday, 1:30-4:30 p.m.

Voice Mail Boxes: Cornerstone provides voice mailboxes for individuals who meet eligibility requirements. Please call 919-508-0720 for more information.
