Women’s Health/Family Planning

Our goal is to provide high quality family planning and health screening services to women who live in this area who do not have health insurance or who have Medicaid.

Confidential services are available to teens and others.

We provide information on resources if you need care for urgent or chronic health problems.

All services are by appointment. Call us at the numbers listed below.

Uninsured women are charged on a sliding scale based on income and family size. Please bring proof of income to your visit.

We accept Medicaid and NC Health Choice. Women with private insurance are encouraged to seek care within the private health care system.

Spanish translators are available. We use a language line for other language needs.

Available services:

• Family Planning – Birth control: Pills, Depo Provera, IUD, Implanon, Patch, Nuva Ring, male and female condoms, emergency contraception, diaphragm
• Health Screening – physical exams, postpartum exams, preconceptional and wellness counseling, Pap tests, testing for sexually transmitted diseases, breast exams
• Nutritionist
• Social worker
