Club CHOICE

Learn about wellness and a healthy lifestyle with Club CHOICE.

This FREE series of health and wellness seminars is for adults; kids ages 5–17 will enjoy programs just for them. Sessions offered by Club CHOICE will help you to learn more about parenting and healthy relationships, healthy lifestyles, and planning for a brighter future.

An exercise class is provided as part of each session. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
