PUBLIC ASSISTANCE CLIENTS
Public Assistance recipients are required by law to cooperate with Child Support Enforcement to locate noncustodial parents to establish paternity and support. Clients who receive Medicaid only may request child support services at no charge.
NON-PUBLIC-ASSISTANCE CLIENTS
Non-Public-Assistance clients may apply for the above mentioned services; however,
our office is prohibited by federal and state law from assisting you with custody, visitation, property settlement or divorce issues.
