Confidentiality

The information in a child support case file is the property of the agency, not of the client or noncustodial parent. Only information that is a matter of public record, or that is relevant to the disposition of the case, may be shared with the client and/or noncustodial parent. Information will not be provided unless a written release for disclosure of case information is signed.
