4-H has some great opportunities for teens! Make new friends, develop your public speaking skills, volunteer to help others, and get ready for college and careers with 4-H initiatives.

Application, Resume, Interview, Essay (ARIE)

ARIE exists for two reasons – it helps prepare teens for college and career applications and interviews and serves as the competition/selection process for teens wishing to go to National 4-H Congress, National 4-H Conference, the International Leadership Conference, and more.

• Youth must be 14–18 as of 1/1/11 to participate in the competative ARIE process.
• Youth who are 11–13 as of 1/1/11 may participate in a mock interview to prepare for competition in future years.
