Youth in Transition
All youth need support as they make the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Some youth need extra support. This includes youth living in foster care, growing up in poverty, and those involved in gangs or the juvenile justice system. 4-H welcomes these youth into our programs, and creates additional opportunities for these youth to learn and practice the critical life skills they will need to be successful on their own.
4-H provides hands-on educational groups to build skills in youth making the transition from adolescence to adulthood.
