4-H FIT KIDS

When: January 6–February 10, 2015

Tuesdays, from 34 p.m.

This program for teens teaches life skills in health and nutrition. Families learn to shop healthier on a budget.

4-H Fit Teens learn to:

  • Make healthier food choices
  • Read and understand food labels
  • Shop wisely on a budget
  • Build physical activity
At the last session participants receive a $10 gift card for the “$10 Challenge” to purchase 1 healthful item from each food group.
