NC Health Check

NC Health Check is a statewide program to improve Medicaid-eligible children's access to routine preventive health care. Health Check is the new name for EPSDT (Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment) Program. The goal of Health Check is to improve the health and development of children and teens.

Eligibility
Any child or teen eligible for Medicaid automatically qualifies for Health Check benefits.
