200% Services
What is 200%?
Services to assist qualifying families in obtaining and maintaining employment. These services may include:
- transportation assistance
- clothing assistance
- training assistance
- crisis intervention
Qualifying families must meet basic income guidelines as well as other requirements, such as being a U.S. citizen, a resident of Wake County and having at least one child under 18 living in the home.
Each family is assessed based on individual situations.

Applications for 200% services are taken by appointment; call 919-212-7000.
Appointments are available Mondays through Thursdays; some evening appointments are available.
Walk-ins are seen for crisis intervention services on Tuesday mornings only (8–11 a.m.)
