Join Club CHOICE and learn more about choosing to live healthy in today's economy. Units offered by Club CHOICE will offer you the opportunity to learn more about developing healthy lifestyles, reaching and maintaining an optimum weight and planning for a brighter future.

Adults, and kids ages 5 to 17, will enjoy programs just for them!

Club CHOICE is beginning again on March 28, 2013 with Weight Loss and Zumba classes.  Classes will be held for the six consecutive Thursday evenings in English and Spanish.  Registration begins at 5:30 pm and classes at 6 pm.  Youth 5 and older are invited to attend.  All classes will be held at the Wake County Sunnybrook location at 10 Sunnybrook Road, Raleigh, NC.  For more information, click here.
