Medical Insurance Coverage

Substance abuse treatment services of Wake County Court Services are approved by Medicare and most other insurance providers for reimbursement in accordance with coverage limits. We do not accept insurance assignment in lieu of client payments, but we will file your insurance claims as a service to you, upon your execution of the proper releases.

Insurance payments may be made payable to you if your carrier allows for this; if payable to us, you will be receive a reimbursement from us of the full amount the company has paid. We do accept Medicaid assignment, but Medicaid provisions do not apply until after the $75 statutory minimum is paid.
