The Division of Administration assists the Human Services Director with coordination and oversight of agency-wide functions. The Division of Administration serves as a liaison to the community, and ensures that the Department leverages all human and fiscal resources to the maximum benefit of those served by Wake County Government. The Division identifies and develops strategic partnerships for building the capacity of the entire community to address the needs of Wake County.
