The Office of Community Engagement and Business Excellence (OCEBE) assists the Human Services Director with coordination, development, monitoring and support of agency-wide standards, initiatives and functions. The OCEBE serves as a wide ranging administrative planning and coordination resource to the agency, and as a liaison to the community and partner organizations.
