Buying an Existing Facility

When you buy an existing facility, the County's Environmental Services Department must issue a permit to the new owner, as the permit does not transfer with the sale of the establishment. The new owner must obtain a new permit before legal operation.

Building a New Facility or Remodeling an Existing Facility

Before you build or remodel a restaurant, the County's Environmental Services Department must review and approve your plans.
