Check out the score of your child's school lunchroom.
School lunchrooms are inspected more often than other places that serve food because they serve children. Middle and high schools are inspected three times a year. Elementary schools are inspected four times a year. Children are less able to fight off foodborne illnesses because their immune systems are not fully developed.
NC Restaurant Rules (.2600) govern school lunchrooms.
