Long- / Short-term Disability

• Benefits with one year but less than five years of service
• 60% of salary, up to $1,500 per month

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY

• Voluntary Short-Term Disability Plan (Employees who are scheduled to work at least 20 hours)
• Short-Term benefits begin after a 15 or 30-day elimination period.
• Benefits range from $100 to $600 per week for as long as 26 weeks.
