Website Posting of Septic Tank Information Presentation – ITAC Input Needed
Bill Scanlon introduced the group to Ed Duke, Environmental Health Supervisor, who made the presentation. Ed explained the current process used for information being entered for public view and the future process proposed to be implemented. Ed walked the group through the new decision flow and showed the group examples of a variety of permits and how they would be presented. The examples and information presented were well received by the ITAC Committee and the group recommended that the information be presented on the County’s website.

IT Governance Presentation & Discussion
The committee agreed to defer this topic to the June meeting given the limited number of members in attendance.

May Face to Face Meeting Location Reminder
Lib reminded the group that the May 21, 2009, meeting would be a face-to-face meeting at Gloria McNeill’s work site, and the topic would be the review of the most current prototype of the Accountability Portal. She indicated that Sean Fiene would send the directions to the location with the meeting reminder.

Other Business
The committee had no other business to discuss.

The ITAC members thanked Lib and Bill for the presentation and materials delivered, and Lib Wanner thanked the group for their input and participation.
