​Persons wishing to address the Wake County Board of Commissioners during the public comments portion of the meeting may sign up online anytime after 9 a.m. on the day of a regular meeting. The sign-up period continues until the scheduled start time of that day's meeting, either 2 p.m. or 5 p.m.

 
Those interested in speaking will also have an opportunity to sign up using a kiosk located in the rear lobby of the Board room (Wake County Justice Center, 301 S. McDowell St., Raleigh, Room 2700, 2nd floor). The kiosk includes instructions, and staff will also be on hand to assist for the final 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
