Certified copies of criminal arrest records are available dating back to April 27, 2007.
 
Criminal arrest records prior to April 27, 2007 can be obtained from the Wake County Clerk of Court's Office located at 316 Fayetteville St., Raleigh NC 27601; 919-792-4175.

    • Accepted with a valid NC Driver License, NC Identification Card or US Passport.
    • Out-of-state checks are not accepted unless accompanied by a NC Driver License, local address, and local phone number.
    • Must be pre-printed with payer's name, address, phone number, bank account, and routing number.  A street address must be provided if a PO Box is printed on the check.
