Community Improvement Plan Documents

At the May 9, 2011, Board of Commissioners work session, staff provided an update of the County’s debt and capital model to reflect bond sales and assumption changes since the model was presented to the BOC at their February 4, 2011, Board Retreat. At the work session, staff also presented the recommended FY 2012–2018 Community Improvement Plan (CIP), which includes the Manager's recommendation to reduce the portion of property tax dedicated to county capital. Highlights of projects planned for FY 2012 were also presented.
