Implementation of the Inter-local Agreement will take 4 actions

· Amend Land Use Plan

· Amend Unified Development Ordinance

· Rezone property

· Apply overlay to all Little River

1. Amend the Land Use Plan to create Overlay Area

2. Place overlay on all of Little River Watershed 6% and 12% impervious surface limits.

3. Rezone R-80W to R-120W

4. Apply Overlay Criteria to Little River Watershed

5. Hold public informational meetings with property owners. 1-2 meetings in the Little River Area

6. Advertisement, ½ page newspaper add--- Approximately $7,000 per ad, running 2 times

7. Postcards sent to adjacent property and property owners

8. Post property with signage

9. Planning Board Meeting (subcommittee)

• Land Use (2 meetings)
• Code and Operations (2 meetings)

10. Planning Board (recommendation)

11. Board of Commissioners Meeting — Possible that this is sent to Growth Land Use and Environmental (GLUE) Committee
